  • Final work produced for you becomes your property once full payment has been received

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • NZ Virtual Assist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable.

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed terms. Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
